
R. Chase Bailey
Attorney
Chase joined Christensen & Jensen after graduating second in his class at the Texas Tech School of Law. During his time at Texas Tech, Chase did everything he could to harness his skills as a legal writer, serving as the Student Writing Editor on the Texas Tech Law Review and authoring multiple award-winning appellate briefs as a member of the school’s top moot court team. In recognition of his abilities as an advocate, Chase was appointed to the National Order of the Barristers and the National Order of the Scribes in May 2025.
Since joining C&J, Chase has focused on complex civil litigation, working on matters spanning a wide variety of practice areas, including employment discrimination, housing discrimination, personal injury, and civil rights.
When he isn’t at the office, Chase enjoys playing golf, watching football, and spending time outdoors.
