Yuchen Cook
Attorney
Yuchen Cook’s practice focuses on commercial litigation. She represents clients in complex disputes involving contracts, corporate governance, ownership rights, and fiduciary duties. Her background includes representing leading Chinese tire companies in U.S. courts, including a nationwide class action as well as trademark and copyright litigation. She has also handled other class action matters, briefed a case before the Utah Supreme Court, and secured a remand in another appellate case that directed the district court to correct its errors. She serves on the Utah State Bar’s Fund for Client Protection Committee, where she helps safeguard clients’ interests from attorney misconduct.
