Kevin Timken

Kevin began practicing law in Utah in 1997. Before joining Christensen & Jensen, he was a partner and co-chair of the Capital Markets group for an Am-Law 200 firm, and previously a partner in a Salt Lake City securities boutique.
Over the course of his career, he has represented individual shareholders in connection with the resale of restricted securities, advised privately-held companies regarding their private placements of securities, and helped public companies with securities compliance and SEC reporting.
